I bought one of these and because of the price thought it was a light duty machine but I was wrong it is as described Heavy Duty our Finance dept could not believe what we paid for it, Great Value and a great product, it was delivered the next day the driver was very friendly, he even unpacked the item plugged it in demonstrated how it works and even took the Packing away, he also offered to take the old machine away for safe disposal, Great Value and Great service Thankyou Andrew
